It has been a couple of weeks since my last post. Here in the UK it has been the wettest May since 1983, and where I live in the Peak District it has been VERY wet.
Suffering from a lack of photography, yesterday I was forced out into the garden with my Macro lens. The clemetis flower below gets my award for pick of the bunch.
Today it was a Public Holiday in the UK and so I went out to the Anderton Boat Lift (Northwich, Cheshire) with my wife and son. It was the first boat lift anywhere in the world and is now one of only 15 worldwide. It has recently been restored and re-opened in 2003.
Til next time!
