Wide Angle Take Two

I wanted to try out the Sigma 10 to 20mm lens I had borrowed again at the weekend, so grabbed half an hour in the town centre to try a few more shots.

I was a bit rushed and would have liked to take some more but I had to get back for other things.

These three shots are all of St Edwards Church in Leek.

Hope you like them.

Til next time,

Sigma 10-20mm Lens

I borrowed a Sigma 10-20mm Wide Angle Lens to have a play around with, with a view to buying one.

I must admit it was like letting a child loose in a sweet shop. The 102 degree field of view at 10mm is awsome. I have to be careful not to get myself in the shot!!

Anyway I took these whilst out on a walk with the dog. My first shots with the lens. I hope to have another play at the weekend.

Hope you like them.

Til next time,

Regards,

Rob.

A Walk By The Canal

I went for a walk along the canal near where I live with the dog in tow. Took a few shots, but these 3 are my favourite.

The canal is the Cauldon Canal and the shots are taken near Cheddleton, Staffordshire, UK.

Hope you like them.

Til next time,

Studio Lights

The camera club that I attend has just bought some 600w studio flash kit with background. I borrowed them recently and tried to replicate the "Venture" look.

I quite liked the results. For £10 to hire the kit it was a bargain.

Til next time,
